Welcome to Year 6
Welcome to Year 6, we have two classes which are 6Z and 6Q. Our PE days are on Thursday and Fridays. children should come to school in PE kit on those days. Homework and reading records will be collected on Mondays, and homework is handed out on Thursdays.

We had a brilliant time using Scratch during our ICT lesson this week! We explored the number of different variables that can be changed within a game and how different values can affect those variables. We can't wait to start designing our own games.

Year 6 have made a fantastic start to their final year at primary school.
During our first two days, the children have settled into their new classroom, embraced their new responsibilities and shown a mature and positive attitude towards learning. We have begun setting high expectations for the year ahead and are excited for all of the opportunities that await our Year 6 pupils.
We know it is going to be a memorable year filled with success, growth and wonderful experiences.

To begin our History topic, we immersed ourselves in the timelines of World and British history. Our aim was to plot where the Anglo-Saxons fit into this and explore what came before. We're now ready to dive deep into the curriculum and find out more about this great period of struggle.
