How do I create an account?To create an account on SIMS Parent, you can follow these steps: Wait for an invite: Your child's school will send you an email invitation to register for SIMS Parent. Click the link: Open the email and click the link provided, this will take you to a browser. Enter the invitation code: Enter the invitation code in the "Registration" screen. If it's not displayed, you can copy it from the email invitation and enter your email address. Answer the security question: Answer the security question about your child's date of birth at school (if you have multiple children attending our school you can use any of their date of births. Choose an account type: Select the account type SIMS. 6. Log in: with your email address and create a password. 7. Wait for your account to be created: Wait about 30 seconds for your account to be created. You can access the SIMS Parent app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. You can also access it by going to www.sims-parent.co.uk. If you're having trouble logging in, you can try making sure you're using the correct account. You can also try signing out of the incorrect account on the account provider's website.

I can’t find my account registration email. What should I do?If you cannot find your invitation email from noreply@sims.co.uk, check your junk mail and ensure it has not been marked as junk. If you have not received your account registration email, please contact school directly to check whether they have a correct email address for you.

How do I reset my password?Users are not able to reset their own passwords, please visit the school office to get your password reset.

What devices can I use to access SIMS Parent?SIMS Parent Web can be accessed via any desktop PC, laptop or tablet. The SIMS Parent App can be accessed on Apple or Android devices. SIMS Parent supports Android Version 6 and above and iOS Version 11 and above.

Who can see my child's details?Anyone with parental responsibility and no court order can view a child's details in the SIMS Parent app. We also require the contact to live at the same address as the child, if we have separated parents, only the parent registered at the same address will see the child's address.
