Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. You can text from wherever you are in the UK.

If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, the trained Volunteers at Shout are there for you, day or night.

Young Minds - The parents' guide to looking after yourself

'Parenting isn’t always easy. Although it’s often amazing and rewarding to watch your children grow up, and to help them learn to be independent, it can also be really hard work. Here are our tips for looking after your child while also looking after yourself.'
